- We offer flat rate ground shipping of $5.95 on all orders, regardless of order size. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Depending on the shipping carrier, tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after it is received.

- Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact Customer Service.

- We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All prices are shown in U.S. currency. State law requires we collect sales tax (5.5%) on all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses.
To redeem a discount code:
1. Enter the code exactly as it appears in the Discount Code field of the Shopping Cart page prior to checkout. Codes are case sensitive.
2. Click “Apply” and the discount will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one discount code per order will be accepted. - Viewing Orders
- Click on My Account and enter your username and password to login. Your username is your email address. If you forget your password, click on the ‘forgot password’ link and enter your email address. A new password will be emailed to you. Once you are logged on, select “My Orders” from the list on the left.
- Updating Account Information
- Having an account is a safe and easy way to track the status of your orders and view your order history. To open an account with Lavish Naturals, click on My Account. You will also be prompted during checkout to create an account or to login with your existing account. You can also click on My Account at any time to update your account information.
